I originally started this blog to help my self, to reinforce what I have learned to get out of a negative state of mind. The more I learned and grew I realized this isn't only reinforcing what I know, but it is also helping countless people around the world. We are so stuck on hiding how we feel we forget that everyone has their own problems. We all cope in different ways. Some ways of coping may be beneficial, some may not.
My goal:
My goal is to teach others my coping strategies and understanding of the human mind. I hope to learn from others on how they cope as well so we can grow as a community. Thinking positive is half the battle. Real strategies that we can learn and use daily and anywhere is my main focus for real change.
